Vanilla options certainly have their advantages as well with long term options, to ride big moves on stocks.  You can also use vanilla options in a variety of combinations for profit and risk management.

But ultimately, in binary options you only need to be right in price direction by one cent to make 70 to 80% return on investment in that one trade.  Plus you can do multiple trades!
